Blissful Beauty

This beauty portrait painting was created as a result of wanting to paint blissfully. Having recently worked on multiple commissioned pieces I was in need of a truly relaxing painting experience. I went to my trusty “Beautiful Woman” folder on my computer which is where I save photos of friends, family members, fans, models, actresses, etc. who inspire me with their natural female beauty. Here I found the perfect image of my friend and fellow artist Megan McCann. I feel this painting emphasizes her beautiful features and adds a bit of glam with the pearls and gems adhered to the head piece. I hope my viewers will be overcome with a sense of bliss when viewing this gorgeous painting.
