Missy Ink Magazines Missy Of The Moment Malinda Prudhomme

I cannot believe I'm typing these words but .... I've been featured in Missy/Ink Magazine's "Art Issue" as their 'Missy Of The Moment'!!! The feature has been in the works since September 2013 when Missy/Ink's editor-in-chief Bella Rouge asked me to submit my work. I generally stay very positive about my art career and all that comes with that but sometimes my mind gets a bit anxious and pessimistic. So over the months, from September to now, I often battled with extreme excitement and then extreme wariness. I didn't want to get my hopes up. Being published in a magazine sold at Chapters and Indigo stores across Canada was a big dream of mine and it just seemed too good to be true. Well folks ... it is good and it is TRUE! I am so excited and full of emotions, I can't even describe it. I could not wait to walk into my favourite Chapters location (Richmond and John - Toronto - Shown above) and pick up a magazine with MY ARTWORK IN IT! With my heart all a flutter I did just that yesterday and I am still in awe. I love this magazine so much as they too focus on portraying a wide variety of beautiful women. It is truly an honour to have any association with this team and being featured by them is beyond an honour. Thank you so much Missy/Ink! The feature is AWESOME!
